A high-profile hospitality brand is seeking a polished, high-energy Maitre d’ to lead the front door team and serve as the first impression for thousands of guests daily. Located within a historical landmark in midtown NYC, this restaurant is surrounded by architectural grandeur, world-class retail, and nonstop movement.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in high-volume environments and understands how to balance warmth with precision. The Maitre d’ will oversee guest flow, manage reservations and walk-ins, coordinate with FOH leadership, and set the tone for an elevated yet approachable dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Desired Qualifications:

• minimum 5 years of high-volume maitre d' experience
• excellent communication & decision-making skills
• ebullient attitude and engaging presence 
• a love of hospitality and service of others

Required Skills:

• Reservations platforms expertise (Opentable, 7rooms, Resy)
• POS software proficiency
• Food and beverage competency
